Case Study

In January 2011 TBO.com launched a complete redesign that integrated the content and design of hundreds of pages into a new proprietary enterprise CMS. The process required that we retain the general look and feel and feature set of the previous website while improving upon the usability and function of various sections. I played a key role in the process that required tight collaboration between local content/developer teams and corporate digital media teams based in Richmond, VA. I conducted usability reviews of both the public facing site as well as the newly developed content management system, ultimately acting as lead in modifying final property css files to match all design specs. The successful redesign was met with very favorable user reviews.
